Visit homes - There’s no better way to make a final decision than to see your favorite brick blend on a home’s exterior. If you have the opportunity to see an actual home, make sure you look at it in several different conditions – sunlight, shade and rain can all affect a brick’s appearance. Finally, make sure to take a close look at the mortar and trim colors. Although subtle, these details can make a big difference in how your favorite brick will appear on your home.
