 Randy Colen, president of Bilco Brick, is a 1984 graduate of Tulane University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering. Randy continued his education, earning a Masters degree in business administration from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts in 1986.
Upon graduation, Randy worked in mortgage banking before joining Bilco in 1989. During his first assignment as an outside sales representative, Randy opened new sales offices in Austin and Houston. As the company grew, his role expanded to include managing the company’s manufacturing operations. Today, as president of Bilco, he is responsible for the company’s daily operations.
Although Randy is dedicated to managing and promoting the growth of Bilco Brick, he is also an active member of local civic organizations as well as builders associations throughout Texas.
In addition to spending time with his family, Randy likes to golf, swim and fish. |
